The medium I use to explore my work varies depending on circumstance. Observing, layering, marking, responding and most importantly, accepting, is all part of the landscape. This landscape influences my sensory response in the form of multimedia compositions. Each layer of paint, material, sound or imagery reveals a next step. My compass is the emotional response I have to my surroundings. With this sensory data, I record visual and auditory impressions. The yield is something both complete and incomplete, a small part of an internal awareness that continuously expands.
