Michael C. Welch ’68

I graduated from the Portland School of Art in 1968 and have been painting the people and places of my native Maine for more than 50 years. I paint and draw in a variety of mediums including watercolor, oil, pastel and charcoal. I also do sculpture. I have taken Continuing Studies offered by MECA&D during the last 10 or 12 years or so.
