Justine Lasdin MAT ’19
Portland, Maine-based mixed media painter, Justine Lasdin, explores the variety of landscapes Maine offers as the core focus of her work. Her work mixes her passion for drawing and painting by using mark-making throughout her work. She enjoys collecting her ideas in small studies with her sketchbook, photography, or small paintings on location. Back in the studio, she takes that energy to her larger pieces, incorporating her skills in color mixing alongside collage, drawing, stamping, and sewing.
