Aileen Agnew

I am a painter and live with my husband in Portland, Maine. The subjects I choose to paint are drawn almost entirely from what I see in my daily life. My paintings are representational. I paint mainly in oils, often from photographs but I like to paint from life as well. My education as a painter has been largely at MECA&D’s Continuing Studies. My earlier studies did not include art so I am grateful for the opportunity to learn to paint from the excellent faculty at MECA&D. I’m happy to support the school.
