Linda Van Tassell

Linda works primarily in watercolor. A series of paintings on yupo reflect the season and coastal scenes. Watercolor is applied to the yupo and areas are gently lifted to create the lightest areas. Blending and positive painting enhance the scene. She earned a B.S. degree in Art and Education at Skidmore College and completed a M.S. degree in Art and Education at Syracuse University. She serves on the board for the Art Guild of the Kennebunks as President.
