Jessica Beer Jeffries ’15
Jess attended the Maine College of Art and Design in Portland, Maine, earning her BFA in 2015. Shortly after graduation, Jess moved north and began exploring her interests in abstract painting. Using color and form to mimic what she observes in nature, Jess’s work evokes a sense of curiosity and emotion. Water is a recurring theme within her work, both physically and metaphorically.​​
Jess’s work can be found in public spaces and private collections throughout the United States. She has had the privilege of working with galleries throughout the Northeast and has been published in widespread publications such as Maine Magazine, Providence Monthly, and Downeast Magazine. ​​
