Rachel Suzanne Monegue ’19

Rachel Monegue is a local photographer working primarily in analogue black and white film. She graduated from the Maine College of Art in the spring of 2019 with a degree in fine arts photography. Since then her work has shifted from themes of fragility of life and death, to exploring and navigating domestic relationships and what life looks like after a personal trauma. Within her photographs she is memorializing moments with her current partner while in the midst of a personal as well as artistic transition.
