Meg Hahn ’17

Meg Hahn is a painter based in Portland, ME. She makes work that is observant of the shapes and compositions in our surroundings, particularly of windows, doorframes, and archways, and how these forms relate to abstraction, color, and the grid. She has attended residencies at Able Baker Contemporary, the Vermont Studio Center, Hewnoaks Artist Colony, the Monhegan Artists’ Residency, and will be attending the The Sam and Adele Golden Foundation Residency Program in the Fall. Her work has been included in exhibitions at the Center of Maine Contemporary Art, Perimeter Gallery, and Collar Works. Meg is also a co-director at Border Patrol and has worked on numerous curatorial projects.
