Jenny McGee Dougherty ’05
I am interested in the moments where nature and repetitive human actions unconciously collaborate. Through painting I am seeking to draw attention to subtleties in our collective landscape that can serve as a metaphor for existence. The practice of noticing informs my visual vocabulary and the archive of patterns, colors, and shapes that I employ to translate these findings.
