Eric, portrait - Theresa Glass

Eric Glass ’80

Eric Glass is a 1980 graduate of MECA&D, formerly Portland School of Art. The artist is a life long Maine resident who takes inspiration from the state’s varied land and seascape. His preferred medium is oil on canvas. Taking inspiration from the old masters and late 19th and early 20th century artists, Eric paints in a loose representational style, often on a warm toned canvas, employing glazing where appropriate.
